Poetry Southeast is published two times a year (in the fall and spring). The submission deadline for the fall issue is August 1st. The submission deadline for the spring issue is January 1st.

Poetry Southeast is interested in all types of poetry, particularly work from upcoming writers born and raised in the south.

All submissions should be sent to editor@poetrysoutheast.com. Please attach poetry as a Microsoft Word document. No cut and pasted poems please. Previously published poems and simultaneously submissions ARE welcome. We also accept reviews of poetry. All reviews should be sent (completely formatted) as Microsoft Word attachments as well.

Authors retain all rights and copyright to their works. Poetry Southeast DOES NOT request one-time, non-exclusive rights to print your work.
